Marlène Gourounas is a French scenographer and illustrator based in Paris.
Her work unfolds across a variety of media, from window displays to fashion, board games, and packaging.
She collaborates with renowned Maisons such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier, who entrust her to bring her singular creative vision to life.
Step into her universe where drawings become stories.
After several years working in London within various design agencies, Marlène Gourounas co-founded the WM Paris studio, which she directed for nearly a decade, creating worldwide projects such as window displays and pop-ups for numerous luxury brands.
As illustration and color gradually became central to her practice, she chose in 2025 to fully embrace a path that brings together her two creative passions: space and drawings.
She now collaborates with prestigious Maisons such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier, designing window displays, patterns, and illustrations. Her work also extends to more intimate formats like wallpapers and board games.
Inspired by Impressionist painting and its luminous, joyful palettes, she blends techniques such as gouache, colored pencil, and digital drawing to infuse her creations with a festive and colorful energy, adaptable to any medium.
